Leda is an experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working in a busy NHS musculoskeletal department, where she treated a wide range of MSK conditions, complex pain presentations and rehabilitation needs.
She has a particular interest in vestibular physiotherapy, helping patients with dizziness, balance problems and peripheral vestibular conditions. During her NHS career, Leda ran a vestibular service for peripheral vestibular conditions for six years and became a key point of contact within her department for headache-related presentations, particularly where there was an overlap with vestibular symptoms.
Alongside her vestibular work, Leda is highly experienced in treating musculoskeletal problems, including back, neck and joint pain, long-standing conditions, headaches and complex chronic pain. She takes a thoughtful, holistic approach, looking at the whole person rather than just the symptoms.
Leda qualified from Brunel University with a BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy and has undertaken further postgraduate training in musculoskeletal triage, lower quadrant assessment and headache disorders. She is registered with the HCPC and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Leda brings a calm, caring and highly experienced approach to patient care, helping people improve their movement, confidence and quality of life.
