Jack Mason is a Sports Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist with a strong background in injury assessment, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, strength and conditioning, and pitch-side sports care.
Jack completed his BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy at the University of Chichester and also holds a Level 4 qualification in Sport and Soft Tissue Massage. Alongside his clinic work, he has gained extensive practical experience in sport, including his current roles as Lead Sports Therapist for Fleetlands FC and Sports Therapist Assistant at Havant and Waterlooville FC. His work includes injury assessment, rehabilitation planning, sports massage, soft tissue therapy, injury prevention, and supporting athletes through safe return-to-play decisions.
Jack also brings over 10 years’ experience as a boxing coach, where he has helped people improve fitness, strength, technique, and performance while reducing injury risk. In addition, his experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Spire Hospital has given him valuable insight into supporting patients with treatment sessions, mobility, rehabilitation, and recovery.
