Karen is an experienced massage therapist with 28 years’ experience in hands-on treatment. She specialises in deep tissue massage, helping to reduce muscular tension, support recovery and, where appropriate, complement a patient’s rehabilitation programme.
Karen is ITEC Level 3 qualified in massage and holds a VTCT qualification in anatomy and physiology. She is also fully insured.
Karen previously worked with us as part of the Chichester Physio team from 2017 to 2020, providing massage therapy to patients on an ad hoc basis, and we are delighted that she has now returned to the team.
Alongside her work with Chichester Physio, Karen has run her own clinic from home and has also provided mobile massage appointments to private clients.
Karen brings a calm, experienced and practical approach to treatment, with a focus on helping patients feel more comfortable, move more freely and support their overall recovery.
