Bridget is our Reception Manager and plays a key role in making sure patients feel welcome, supported and looked after from the moment they contact the clinic.
She has a strong background in customer service, administration, event organisation and team support. Bridget describes herself as someone who loves working with people, and her enthusiasm, reliability and organisational skills make her a natural fit for a busy clinic environment.
Before joining Chichester Physio, Bridget gained extensive experience in customer-facing and administrative roles across a wide range of organisations, including Comic Relief, Budget Travel and hospitality settings in both the UK, Ireland and the USA. Her previous roles have involved supporting teams, managing enquiries, helping with recruitment and training, organising events and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As Reception Manager, Bridget helps coordinate the day-to-day running of the clinic and supports both patients and practitioners. She brings a friendly, calm and organised approach, helping patients feel reassured and ensuring their experience with us is as smooth and positive as possible.
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys wild swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, camping, hiking, scuba diving, travelling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
