Victoria has practiced yoga for more than 15 years including a month long retreat in Tibet focusing on meditation. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Suffolk with the prestigious 'TK Yoga Ltd'.

Victoria is honoured to be able to teach her students how to find peace within themselves and to use muscles where they didn’t know they had them! She loves to practice meditation herself as it’s so good for you, clearing your mind, lifting your mood and helping to relieve the stresses modern day life puts on you, giving you some ‘You’ time.
